Progress has managed private equity assets since 1995 in partnership with Adams Street Partners (formerly Brinson Partners).

The strategy objective is consistent with Progress' practice of investing, emerging talent. The Progress Alternative Investment Program (AIP) invests in a diversified portfolio of private market partnership funds, managed by emerging, minority- and women-owned investment management firms.
