Rosa E. Moreno Vice President, Institutional Sales

Rosa is responsible for strategic business development and institutional sales to Federal, State and Municipal pension funds, as well as to Taft-Hartley organizations and Sovereign Wealth funds. Rosa brings a breadth and depth of financial services capabilities to Progress, with over 20 years of industry experience. Prior to joining Progress, upon invitation by then President Leonel Fernandez, she served as the Advisor for International Finance at the Office of the President of the Dominican Republic, and later established her own consultancy, REM Partners LLC. At REM, Rosa’s engagements included providing leadership in the execution of business development strategies internationally for TP Diagnostics and serving as part of the Corporate Governance team at the International Finance Corporation (IFC), among other projects. Rosa’s earlier experience includes various senior roles with Utendahl Capital Partners, Merrill Lynch, Citigroup and Goldman Sachs.

Rosa holds an M.S. in Politics and Economics from the London School of Economics, an M.A. in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins University (SAIS), and a B.A. in International Relations from Boston University. Rosa completed Series 7 and 63 (inactive) securities examinations.
